Deborah- Manager
Deborah is the centre manager, who oversees all staff and day to day running of the centre.
Chelsea- Assistant Manager
Chelsea works alongside Deborah to ensure the smooth running of the centre, she oversees the youth workers.
Emma is our longest serving member of staff; she is our youth worker and works on all sessions for young people.
Trustees
Mike provides all relevant information in regards to safeguarding; youth work policies and is currently a teacher.
Sally is our Trustee and has also been a volunteer for several years, she currently co-leads the Friday women’s group.
Ken is our newest trustee who is managing the accounts. Retired Chartered Accountant, previous Professor of accounting at Lancaster University.
Jon is our Chairman, he is the longest running trustee who has been here from the very start.
Karin has been a trustee at MCC since 2010 and has through the years provided general support.
